Anger is a completely normal, usually healthy, human emotion. But it can get out of control and turn destructive. It can lead to problems.
People use a variety of both conscious and unconscious responses to deal with their anger. The three main approaches used are expressing, suppressing, and calming feelings of anger. Anger can thus be suppressed, and then converted or redirected.
I have developed this equipment an Anger Therapy Machine (ATM) which can efficiently manage anger. Angry people tend to curse, swear, or speak in highly colourful terms that reflect their inner thoughts: When angry, a person can sit under this “punkah” and start thinking, “it’s frustrating, and it’s understandable that I’m upset about it, but it’s not the end of the world.”
