No Returns, Exchanges or Refunds 

Due to the unique and customized nature of our art pieces, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds once a purchase has been completed. This policy ensures the integrity of the artwork and the artist's work.

 

Exceptions

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping. If you believe your artwork has arrived damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Your invoice number

  • Detailed description of the issue

  • Photographs & videos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review the case and get in touch with you accordingly.

 

Customs Fees & Import Duties

Any additional charges such as customs fees, import duties, credit card transaction fees or taxes incurred during international shipping are the responsibility of the buyer and will be including while generating the invoice. These charges are exclusive of the final price and are non-refundable.
